Position Description – The IDIQ Capture Manager for the Information Technology Center (ITC) will manage all IDIQ contract vehicles available to the ITC.
Duties include establishing a program that tracks all opportunities that are released from either the Program Management Office or the Prime contractor we are teamed with on a particular IDIQ contract; establishing a formal communication plan; conduct bi-weekly teleconferences; create and present business acquisition briefings; capture IDIQ metrics; maintain a consolidated document that captures all IDIQ information; post and maintain all IDIQ information on the ITC SharePoint site. Other duties include capture/proposal management and proposal writing. This position is the primary ITC POC for all IDIQ communications and opportunities; alternate POCs may be appointed but that does not mean overall responsibility shifts from the primary POC to the alternate.
