Works under general supervision, and receives direction from
supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments.
Experienced performing general maintenance tasks,
troubleshooting and repairing computer systems and peripheral equipment located
throughout the organization.
Experienced maintaining a spare parts inventory of systems,
subsystems, and component parts used in repair work.
Experienced in preparing progress reports for all work
Experienced following SOPs and maintaining records of work
in an IT Help Desk Ticket System.
Serves as first level technical problem escalation resource.
Works under normal supervision.
Requirements: 3 years
Diploma. Relevant certifications include
A+, MCSE, DCSE, HDI, ITIL, MCDST.
